Only 7% of the global production of coffee is graded as “Specialty
Coffee”. Our coffee beans are handpicked, high quality Arabica beans
that look, smell and taste better than all Robusta “commercial coffee”
grocery store brands.
Our beans exceed all standards in the areas of taste, acidity, body, and
aroma. Once roasted, they do not contain any unripe, immature, or
undersized beans. Our beans meet stringent requirements as to the
number of allowed primary and secondary defects.
Our Roasters don’t carry a particular cultivar for namesake only. For
example, if the Ethiopian Harrar crop does not meet their high standards
the coffee is not carried that season.
